#1 Your Land, Your Story

Some of the most meaningful sessions don’t happen at big venues or popular locations… they happen right at home.

Using your own land for photos is something so special. It’s where your kids run barefoot, where memories are made every single day, and where life just feels real. And that’s exactly what makes the photos so powerful.

Whether it’s your backyard, your pasture, your driveway lined with trees, or even your front porch, there’s beauty in what’s already yours. No pressure, no crowds… just comfort, familiarity, and genuine moments that can’t be recreated anywhere else.

These sessions always end up being some of my favorites because they tell your story. The place you’ve built, the life you’re living, and the little in-between moments that mean the most.

If you’ve ever thought “my place isn’t fancy enough” I promise you, it doesn’t have to be. The best photos come from where you feel most at home.
